Reporting a Concern
In compliance with Utah Board Rule R277-123, which provides a process for reporting violations of law or rule within public education, individuals who wish to file a complaint or concern related to possible violations may do so through the Public Education Hotline managed by the Utah State Board of Education's Internal Audit Department. This hotline is designed to ensure transparency, accountability, and proper handling of reports within Utah's public education system. Complaints or concerns can be filed by following the process as outlined in our Hotline Complaint Policy. Hotline complaints go directly to the State Board of Education Internal Audit Department and may be referred back to the LEA.
