Online school is not homeschooling. Your child has real teachers, a real curriculum, real grades, and real accountability. At Utah Virtual Academy (UTVA), students attend live classes led by Utah certified teachers, follow a structured daily schedule, and receive the same core instruction required of every public school in Utah, with a lot more flexibility in how and where it happens.
UTVA is a public charter school. It is tuition-free, fully aligned with Utah State Standards, and is fully accredited by Cognia. Students can enroll full-time in grades K-12, or part-time through the Statewide Online Education Program (SOEP) in grades 6-12. Enrollment is available now.
